Schmidt Brothers Roofing is looking to work with someone who is self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and looking for work in sales. This is a commission based opportunity for the right person, with experience.
We install asphalt shingle roofs in Southern MN and the Twin Cities. This roofing sales position is responsible for the following:
- Receive asphalt shingle roofing sales leads, manage communication with customers for inspection, estimating, scheduling and invoicing.
- Minimum 1 year exterior (Roofing, siding etc.) sales experience required.
- Door to door to create leads for yourself. Higher commissions on self-generated leads.
- Managing the sales process for each job they sell. Includes, but not limited to, ordering materials, purchasing a permit, scheduling subcontractors, scheduling job with customer, arranging for disposal, etc.
- Training and tools to use during the sales process will be provided.
Requirements:
– Self Motivated & desire to sell.
– Valid Drivers License & 1 year experience in exterior construction sales
– Insurance (We can help with setup)
Job Type: Contract – 1099
Typical Earnings: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
