Entry Deadline
Entries must be received by:
September 30, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. Central Time
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries during the first week of October 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on the entry form.
What You Could Win
One winner will receive:
- Up to 250 linear feet of Gutter Rx Gutter Guards
- Standard professional installation
- Installation on one eligible home located in Polk County or Story County, Iowa
If the home requires more than 250 linear feet of gutter protection, any additional materials or installation beyond the 250-foot prize limit may be purchased separately from Schmidt Brothers Roofing.
The prize applies to installation on existing gutters that are in suitable condition to accept the Gutter Rx system. Repair or replacement of damaged or unsuitable gutters is not included in the giveaway.
Giveaway Rules
To be eligible:
- Entrant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Entrant must be a resident of Polk County, Iowa or Story County, Iowa.
- The home where the Gutter Rx system will be installed must be located in Polk County or Story County, Iowa.
- Entrant must own the property where the gutter guards will be installed or otherwise have legal authority to approve the installation.
- Limit one entry per household.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Employees and subcontractors of Schmidt Brothers Roofing and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
- One Gutter Rx Gutter Guard installation will be awarded.
- The prize is limited to a maximum of 250 linear feet of Gutter Rx Gutter Guards and standard installation.
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the deadline.
- The winner must respond to Schmidt Brothers Roofing within seven days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within that period, Schmidt Brothers Roofing may select an alternate winner.
- The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Schmidt Brothers Roofing reserves the right to determine whether the home’s existing gutters are suitable for installation of the Gutter Rx system.
